NMLS ID 591634About Bill
Bill has been a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2008. Since graduating from Northern Illinois University with a Finance degree in 2003, he has managed a Chase Bank branch in Moline, IL, for 5 years and worked as a Loan Officer for a community bank for 8 years. In 2016, Bill opened a mortgage lending office in Clinton, IA, and is now managing Key Mortgage Group’s Clinton office. “I was very excited to open the office in Clinton, IA, and as I have been working in the area for the past 12 years and grew up in Fulton, IL, I knew there was a lot of opportunities to help my clients purchase or refinance their home with a greater offering of loan programs that I had at previous employers. The efficiencies and staff that Key Mortgage Group offers help streamline the process from application to closing.” Bill qualified for the Iowa Mortgage Association’s Winner’s Circle in his 3rd year operating his office helping over 100 clients purchase or refinance their home. He gives credit to his talented team and for his clients referring others to him after having great experiences. Bill lives in Camanche, IA, with his wife, Nikki, and two daughters, and enjoys coaching basketball, boating, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
